Hitting the mark | Team Bonding day a success for AW Technology

 At AW Technology, there has always been a huge focus on staff wellbeing and ensuring the team are working together to achieve fantastic results for its customers. As part of this commitment, AW Technology recently organised a team bonding day for its staff at Thurlaston Airgun and Archery centre. The activities all had a focus on team-work and co-operation, which culminated in a competition across a variety of different disciplines.

Chris Atkiss, Business Development Manager, said: “It was fantastic to bring all the team together on Friday for an afternoon of team bonding. All year round our staff work incredibly hard, with exceptional skill and expertise to design and produce our world-class products, so it was important for us to do something a bit different outside of our offices.

“A massive thank you to Thurlaston Airgun and Archery centre who were fantastic hosts and provided an interesting and challenging set of activities for our staff. We’ve had some really positive feedback from the team following the event, and we look forward to delivering similar initiatives in the future.”
