David Haigh, Commercial Director, AW Technology, was an integral part of the recent Vietnam visit and commented on the importance of maintaining strong relationships with international customers.

In the past twelve months especially, we’ve increased our activity and commitment with a significant number of customer visits to our international customers to locations including; Poland, Finland, China, Australia, India, Russia and most recently, Vietnam.

“One of the key objectives of our site visits is to ensure that our customers are maximising the potential of their equipment. This is invaluable for them as their businesses all inevitably rely on the efficiency and effectiveness of their equipment.

“We are proud of our work to help improve the fire and smoke detecting standards in homes and businesses across the world and we’re incredibly excited about the opportunity to introduce our technology into emerging markets such as Vietnam.”
